Estonian Fighters Agency
Your growth,
career and protection!
What do we do?
We build an international sports hero journey for fighters.
Athlete Management and Career Strategy
We help fighters see their career on a bigger scale. We map out goals, opportunities, strengths and next steps, so that every fight, partnership and public appearance supports the athlete's long-term development.
Fight Brokering and International Opportunities
EFA builds and maintains contacts with combat sports organizers, promoters, clubs and international partners to help Estonian fighters reach greater opportunities.
Sponsors, Partnerships and Funding
In combat sports, willpower and training alone are not enough. International growth requires resources — training camps, preparation, equipment, a team, travel, recovery and professional support.
Media, Branding and Visibility
Today's athlete is not just a competitor, but a persona, a source of inspiration and a brand. EFA helps fighters gain visibility in a way that supports their sporting journey and opens new opportunities.

more than an agency
EFA's goal is to build a system around fighters that helps them grow as an athlete, a persona and a professional.
A professional career starts with measurable growth and ends with protection — something no one in the world of combat sports can afford to be without. We see more in a fighter than just a name on a fight card. We see one person's real story, potential and journey as a sports hero that needs to be guided the right way. We help athletes take the next step — whether that's an international fight, a sponsorship deal, a stronger media presence, a better career plan or well-considered contractual protection.

Toomas Linnu – Founder / Strategy & Deal Architect
Toomas Linnu's strength lies in strategy, negotiations and building systems. His role at EFA is to create a business and practical framework that helps position, protect and grow the value of athletes.
He thinks about careers through numbers, opportunities, risks and long-term growth. Toomas helps build connections, close deals, evaluate offers and create a structure where a fighter's talent is never left to chance.
Toomas is the architect of the hero system — creating a structure where the value of champions reaches the right decision-makers and opportunities. Toomas is not just building an agency — he is building a machine that produces winners.
Monika Kuzmina – Founder / Fighter Brand Architect
Monika Kuzmina is the founder and owner of the hero media agency GoodNews Communication, whose strength is the ability to see more in an athlete than just results. She sees the person, the story, the value and the potential that can be professionally brought to the forefront. Out of respect for combat sports athletes, she founded the combat sports portal GoodFight.
Her background in media, communications and creating new heroes and stories helps fighters become visible both in Estonia and internationally. Monika's role at EFA is to build a sports hero image around athletes that creates trust, sparks interest and helps them reach people, partners and opportunities.
Monika is the heart of the hero system — she creates the stories from fighters that people want to follow, support and remember. Monika is not just building fighters — she is building legends and meaningful brands that the world roots for. legende ja tähendusega brände, kellele maailm kaasa elab.
Athlete Management
We help fighters see their career on a bigger scale. We map out goals, opportunities, strengths and next steps, so that every fight, partnership and public appearance supports the athlete's long-term career development.
EFA helps build the career path — which fights to choose, which risks to avoid, when to move to the international level, how to protect the athlete's value and how to make decisions that serve the career, not just the moment or the interests of combat sports event organizers.
Fight Brokering
EFA builds and maintains contacts with combat sports organizers, promoters, clubs and international partners to help Estonian fighters reach greater opportunities.
Our goal is for the athlete to go abroad not by chance, but from a well-considered position. A good fight must support the athlete's development, reputation and value. That is why we evaluate every opportunity strategically — whether it fits the athlete's level, goals and the next step in their career.
Sponsors & Funding
In combat sports, willpower and training alone are not enough. International growth requires resources — training camps, preparation, equipment, a team, travel, recovery and professional support.
EFA helps build a partnership model around the athlete that makes their journey understandable and valuable to companies. We help craft the hero story through which a sponsor can become part of the athlete's growth, struggle and victories.
Media & Branding
Today's athlete is not just a competitor, but a persona, a source of inspiration and a brand. EFA helps fighters gain visibility in a way that supports their sporting journey and opens new opportunities.
We create professional communication around the athlete: personal stories, news, social media, photos, videos, interviews, behind the scenes content and media coverage. The goal is for Estonian fighters to move through the world not as anonymous participants, but as professionals with a face, a name, a story and a value.
